When I crave Taiwanese food, I think Sinbala. So far they haven't disappoint. We ordered the pork stew noodle soup, beef noodle soup and the sausage plate. Pork stew was very flavorful. The beef noodle soup was flavorful as well and the wide noodles were chewy in a good way. The Taiwanese sausages were yummy. Other places don't make it as good. We also ordered the mango shaved ice for dessert. It was lightly sweetened and the ice was fluffy but for some reason the mango was sour and slightly frozen. Service was good. They are located in a big plaza so plenty of parking.

Taiwanese sausage! Must get here is their Taiwanese sausage! I liked it so much that I even bought some frozen ones to bring home! We came on a Sunday late lunchtime and waited for about 15 minutes for a table for two. We got fried pork chop rice, pork belly rice, and sinbala sausage. The rice plates come with rice, cabbage, tomato and egg, and corn. The pork chop was juicy and the batter was light. The pork belly was also tender. Tip: credit cards are only accepted for over $30! Parking: large plaza with tons of parking!

There are about 10-12 tables - 10 seat 4 people and the others seat 2. There is 1 bathroom and it is acceptably clean. No outdoor seating. They accept cash, yes credit card, apple pay, google pay ($30 minimum), no venmo. Water comes in a tall liter glass which is free. Condiments are salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce. There is A/C. There are special elevated toddler seats. Parking has maybe 50 spots - medium sized outlet mall. During the afternoons, you can find maybe 2-3 spots but is mostly filled. It competes with an asian grocery store, boba shops, other asian retail shops. There is handicap parking. No EV charging in the lot. Waiters are okay, sometimes preoccupied but will get to you. They are dressed in t shirts and aprons and aren't social. The decor is more like some foreign stamps and chinese postings but there are more food/dining supplies exposed/showing than any restaurant art. They have glass walls you can see the outside from. They have toothpicks. They have an A health rating as of July 2024. No wifi. Yes outlets only 2-3. They serve mainly 14-16$ dishes which are basically extensions of asian tea station style snack foods and dishes. They also have fusion sinbala style sausage and combos that go for higher prices (check photo). Noise level is low-medium. mostly families with kids or quiet asian locals. yes vegetarian options.

I've heard great things about this place for Taiwanese comfort food. Seems like the portions and prices used to be better in the past, but I think it's not fair to hold the restaurant to those same standards since it's so pricy to go out to eat anywhere now. This is the perfect spot for a quick meal. The prices and portions aren't amazing, but very reasonable. Here's what we ordered: - Popcorn chicken: The chicken was SO juicy and each piece had a perfectly thin, crispy coating. It was very flavorful and there was a lot more chicken hiding in this bowl than I originally though. - Sinbala sausage rice: The sausage is super tasty and I wish there was more! It's sort of like a bbq pork sausage but doesn't taste as smoky as some sausages I've had in the past. I also love that the dish came with some veggies, making it a nice, balanced dish. - Oyster pancake: I personally didn't care for this dish. There were lots of oysters, but it was very... slimey? Didn't taste bad but definitely wouldn't get it again. Food came out fast and service is what you'd expect for a quick, casual spot. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking.
